What the website uses
The presentation website provided by EVOCHECK does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It does not include Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. The map link opens an external service only when you follow it.
Necessary FILE SERVICE cookie
The portal uses the cookie evocheck_portal for sessions, authentication and form protection. It is a session cookie, transmitted over HTTPS and inaccessible to page scripts. Access expires after two hours of inactivity; browsers may manage session restoration separately. Blocking this cookie prevents accounts and forms from working.
Cookies strictly necessary for the requested service do not depend on advertising consent. This version therefore does not display a banner requesting fictitious acceptance of optional cookies.
Hosting performance measurement
The website allows its own scripts needed for the interface. The hosting provider may keep technical access and security logs; these are separate from cookies and described in the privacy policy.
Control and changes
You can delete cookies in your browser. If optional cookies or technologies are added later, we will update this notice and request consent before using them where legally required. Future payment processor integrations will require another review of this policy.
Language preference
Your selected language is stored in the evocheck_language cookie for up to one year, shared by evocheck.com and files.evocheck.com. Your account also stores this preference for automated notifications. You can change the language at any time using the RO/EN selector.
External payment services
The EuPlătesc payment page opens when you continue card checkout. Providers control technologies used on their own domains; consult their notices. Portal session cookies do not transmit card details.
