Delivery, withdrawal and refunds

Delivery of services and files

FILE SERVICE supplies digital files with no courier or shipping charge. Estimated timing is communicated individually in the quote or order conversation after checking the file and technical information. Payment does not guarantee instant delivery. We notify you through your account or email if delays arise or more information is needed.

The final version and instructions are published in your account’s order; an email announces availability. Access requires internet, a browser and the account used for the order. ECU/TCU compatibility and required writing equipment are checked for each job. If you cannot download or identify a non-conformity, open a support ticket or email evochecktuning@gmail.com.

Purchased credits are added after receipt of payment has been verified. Workshop work is handed over according to the appointment and job documents.

Consumers and distance contracts

For distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw. For services, this period starts when the contract is concluded. Exceptions depend on the nature of the contract and the legal conditions; a personalised file does not automatically mean losing this right.

Starting before the withdrawal period ends

Early performance requires the express requests and confirmations required by law. For services, loss of the right after full performance and, for digital content, loss of the right when supply begins are subject to different conditions. Merely accessing the website or making payment does not replace these agreements.

How to notify us

Send a clear statement to evochecktuning@gmail.com or by post to 29C Petru Aron Street, Roman, Neamț County, Romania, identifying yourself and the order. A standard form is not mandatory. For a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made within the statutory period, generally no later than 14 days after notification. For services started at the consumer’s express request, a proportionate amount for work already performed may be payable, subject to the law.

Other situations

For businesses and workshops, cancellation is governed by the contract and applicable law. Complaints about non-conformity are assessed separately from withdrawal.

Refunding payments and credits

Refunds due are made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, without refund fees for the consumer. For credit advances, provide the top-up reference; the amount actually paid and services already performed in accordance with the law are considered. Refunds are not automatically excluded merely because a payment was converted to credits.
